Steve's current term began January 1, 2014. He has served as Township Trustee since 2009. Steve is a 1995 graduate of the Mineral Ridge High School, and a 1999 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is a funeral director and embalmer with Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren. Steve helps families during their time of need, as well as being active in the pre-need and monument divisions at the funeral home.
Steve lives in Mineral Ridge with his wife, the former Stacie Donchatz, their daughters Megan and Madeline and dog Henry. Steve is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mineral Ridge, and various funeral director organizations. Priior to being appointed as Trustee, he served on the Weathersfield Township Zoning Commission.

Marvin's term as Weathersfield Township Trustee began on January 1, 2010. Personal History; after serving in the U.S. Navy, Marvin enrolled at Fairmont State College in Fairmont West Virginia, graduated with a B.A. degree. Moving to Ohio, in 1961, he enrolled at Youngstown State University earning his Masters degree in Education. Marvin taught in the public schools for 38 years and in the parochial schools for 11 years. Marvin taught school in Weathersfield and was Head Basketball Coach from 1974-1977. Marvin owned and operated Ridge Lake Swim Club and Campground for 35 years, he was founder of Mineral Ridge Youth Baseball. Marvin served on the Weathersfield Board of Education from 1990=1994. He now serves as Democratic Precinct Committeeman for Weathersfield precinct B. Marvin resides on Edwards Street with his wife Ella, together they have 7 children, 3 of the 7 reside in Mineral Ridge.
Fred was appointed to the Weathersfield Township Fiscal Officer's position on February 2, 2009. He was a Weathersfield Township Trustee from August 1, 1996 until January 20, 2009.
Fred generates all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports for the Township. He prepares the Annual Budget, the Permanent Approprioations and the Revenue Accounts for the Board of Trustees. The Township uses the Uniform Accounting Network (UAN) through the Ohio State Auditors office.
He is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the Ohio Township Association, the Trumbull Township Association, the National Association of Towns and Townships, the Northeast Ohio Township Association and (CLOUT) the coalition of Large Ohio Urban Townships. Fred is the Trumbull Township Association's representative to the Policy Committee of the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District.
Fred is widowed and has four children. Fred Jr. lives in Columbus, Ohio; Anthony lives in Columbus, Ohio; Kathleen (Dirk) Granger live in Mineral Ridge with two (2) Granddaughters, Kya and Cheyenne. Stephanie (Artie) Kountz live in Bazetta Township.

Gil's current term began January 1, 2012. Gil obtained a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Akron in 1992 and is a 1995 graduate of The University of Akron, School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1995 and is currently a partner in the law firm of DeHaven & Blair, Ltd.
Gil lives in Mineral Ridge with his wife, Gaye A. Blair, their children Meredith, Gil and Megan. Gil is a member of The Church of Christ in Mineral Ridge. His professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, Trumbull County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the friends of the McKinley Memorial Library.
